Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. ZiZiLUXE cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal delays.

RETURNS

We want you to absolutely love your ZiZiLUXE goodies. ♡

Due to the hygienic nature of our lash products, we cannot accept returns of lashes that have been opened, worn or removed from their original packaging.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to look into this for you.

If you simply change your mind about an item, please contact us before returning anything so we can advise you on the next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
