HOW DO I APPLY MY LASHES?

Your lashes are designed to be easy to apply at home. Make sure your natural lashes are clean, dry and oil-free before application for the best results.

HOW LONG WILL MY LASHES LAST?

Wear time depends on the style you choose, how they’re applied and how you care for them. Treat your lashes gently and they’ll stay looking gorgeous for longer. ♡

CAN I REUSE MY STRIP LASHES?

Absolutely! Our strip lashes can be reused when removed carefully and looked after properly. Keep them clean and safely stored between wears.

CAN I RETURN MY LASHES?

Because lashes are a beauty product and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used lashes. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

I’VE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM — HELP!

Oh no! ♡ Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll get it sorted for you.

I’VE PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER — WHAT DO I DO?

Contact us ASAP! If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update your details before it leaves us.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, we may not always be able to make changes or cancel it. Drop us a message as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
