Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not necessarily mean your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, stock issue, payment problem or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (£), unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed and dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices and promotions without prior notice.

4. DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched using the delivery option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by postal delays or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. ZiZiLUXE cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the hygienic nature of our beauty products, opened or used lashes cannot be returned.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information on our website are accurate.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
